Mid-South Great Banquet News


After prayerful consideration and reviewing feedback from the community, the board of directors changed the minimum guest requirements for a weekend. This policy was put in place before the spring weekends of 2009. It is now required that a minimum of 10 guests be registered prior to the start of team meetings. To clarify, each guest must have filled out and submitted his/her application. If the minimum number of registered guests has not been met the team meetings will not begin and the weekend will be canceled. Team meetings for the upcoming banquets start with an orientation meeting Feb, 4th 2010 and weekly meetings will begin two weeks later on Feb.18th 2010. It is imperative that you start turning in guest and sponsor forms now. The women’s weekend has more than 10 registrations however the men’s weekly only has 5 as of this date. 10 registration forms must be submitted before Feb. 18th to continue with the meeting. Below is a current list of registered guest. If you have submitted a form and your guest is not listed please contact Tammy Daugherty Community Lay Director at 901-837-7220.
