Dear Great Banquet community,
      
Thanks for all of the prayers for Jimmy and me. Jimmy has been having a hard time breathing lately and getting real tired quickly. He has sleep apnea , and is on a CPAP. It has helped him sleep better, but still having breathing problems.  His blood pressure has been elevated real high after his dialysis treatments( don't know why yet)  He is always real tired afterwards,too. , He is also having a hard time getting his blood sugar regulated (diabetes) in  the morning. It is EXTREMELY low 59,etc...
  As for me... after having my foot ulcer cut on  by  Meth. N.  Advanced Wound Care clinic every week since May, and being in the hospital in June with a bone infection in my right foot, and 40 days of at home IV's of 2 different antibiotics 3 times a day...my bone infection came back ( Or never left) and an infectuous disease Dr. put me in the hospital immediately after I had seen an Orthopedic surgeon Dr. about removing all the bone infection from my right foot..which also meant I would lose my little toe.   I kinda liked having my little toe, so I wasn't too thrilled about having it cut off!!! But better just it and not my whole foot... so I had the surgery last Friday. I was in Meth. N. Thurs- Tues. I have only seen my foot once.. when it was re-bandaged on Sunday. It looks kinda strange without my toe. but I'll get use to it....I HOPE!!!!  I have had severe Lymphedema on my right leg  caused by the wound on my foot. The swelling is some better, but it causes problems with the healing process. Please pray for the swelling to go away or at least to get better so my foot will heal properly..
    Thanks again for all of your prayers.
     WE love you all and miss getting to see all of you at Great Banquet gatherings. Maybe we will be able to come again before too long!!
